Having the right personality traits is just as important for success in most jobs as the right physical attributes are for sports. |
| In recent times, my personality has been revealed by several methods and techniques, such as, the GALLUP STRENGTH FINDER, DRAKE P3 Predictive Performance Profiling System, Myers-Brigg, and the THOMAS-JUNG Expanded Personality Type. The latter takes the 16-types from the Myers-Brigg system and expands it to 117,649 types to help determine whether a candidate has "the right stuff" to excel in the given position. |
| In my case, my personality profile, regardless of methodology, augments my track record! I'm entrepreneurial by nature and a strong people-oriented person. I believe strongly that success in any business can be achieved when you have the right people in the right jobs, doing the right things at the right time! I'm a keen observer of other people's strengths; I can draw out the best in each person and in doing so build innovative and productive teams. While some search around for the perfect team "structure" or "process," I know instinctively that the secret to great teams is casting by individual strengths so that everyone can do a lot of what they do well. |
